Six new items for 6th birthday

Słynąca z produkcji plastikowych, świecących mebli i gadżetów marka MYYOUR obchodzi w tym roku już swoje szóste urodziny. Ja mam wrażenie, że dopiero co zaprezentowano znanego chyba wszystkim tulipana, a minęło już tyle czasu. Jak co roku, do oferty zostało wprowadzonych kilka nowych produktów. Tym razem jest ich sześć, a każdy z nich jest przykładem unikatowego i lekko szalonego włoskiego wzornictwa.

MYYOUR is a famous manufacturer of plastic, glowing furniture and home gadgets and it celebrates its sixth birthday this year. I have the impression that it has just presented its well-known Tulip lamp, but it had happened so long time ago. As every year, company introduced few new products into its offer. This time it showed six items and all of them are examples of a unique and a bit crazy Italian design.

Island

Jest to mały biurowy organizer do… wszystkiego. Może stanowić podstawkę do iPada lub iPhone’a, wizytownik, miejsce przechowywania korespondencji, dokumentów czy długopisów. Najbardziej jednak podoba mi się jako doniczka. Nic dziwnego, że projektanci tej „biurkowej wyspy” nazywają ją swoistym mikrokosmosem.

This is a small office organizer just for everything. It can be an iPad or iPhone stand, business cards holder or a storage for the letters, documents and pens. My favorite using is a flower pot. All these functions explain why designers of this item call it a microcosm.

Skin Pots

Kolekcja donic w dwóch rozmiarach oraz całej masie kolorów. Każda z nich posiada delikatne pionowe żłobienia oraz wbudowane źródło światła z pilotem.

A collection of pots in two sizes and a big range of colors. Each of them has delicate vertical grooves and built-in light source with the remote control.

Pandora

Seria trzech lamp w różnych rozmiarach i kolorach. Posiadają bardzo organiczne kształty i delikatne horyzontalne żłobienia. Ich unikalną cechą jest to, że stosując odpowiednie podstawę lub zawieszenie mogą być lampami sufitowymi, podłogowymi lub stołowymi, stosowanymi zarówno w domu, jak i na zewnątrz.

A series of three lamps in different sizes and colors. They have very organic shapes and delicate horizontal grooves. Their unique feature is a possibility of applying additional basis or a hanger as they can become ceiling, table or floor lamps, used both inside and outside.

Ampoule

To po prostu świecący wazon o wydłużonym kształcie, dostępny w rozmiarze 35 i aż 205 cm!

It's just a glowing vase with an elongated shape, available in two sizes 35 cm and 205 cm(!).

Modułowy system siedzisk przeznaczony na dwór i do wnętrz. Jego nazwa wskazuje na uniwersalny i nowoczesny charakter samego projektu, który ma niezmiennie przetrwać co najmniej cztery dekady. Oczywiście dostępna jest także wersja świecąca w dowolnym kolorze.

Modular seating system designed for the outside and inside. Its name refers to the universal and modern nature of the project itself, which has to survive at least four decades in an unchanged form. Of course, there is also available an illuminating version in any color.

Everyday

Jest to oczywiście mój ulubiony przedmiot z całej kolekcji. Ideą przyświecającą projektantowi tego siedziska było to, że istnieje już tyle różnych rodzajów krzeseł, że nie ma sensu wymyślać kolejnego. Przerobił on element wyposażenia każdego domu, z którego każdy z nas korzysta codziennie. Sam chciałbym mieć taką świecącą wersję!

Apparently, this is my favorite item from the whole collection. Designer’s idea to create this seat was the fact that there are so many different types of chairs already existing, that it does not make sense to create another one. He redesigned a constant element of every home, which is used everyday by just everyone. I would love to have the glowing version for myself!
