Chociaż dwa meble, które chciałbym Wam pokazać zostały zaprojektowane
już cztery lata temu, to jakimś cudem odkryłem ich istnienie dopiero w zeszłym
tygodniu. ‘Xraydio’ to seria dwóch stolików (kawowego i bocznego), które
zostały wykreowane we współpracy Diesla i włoskiej marki Moroso. Sam koncept
jest bardzo prosty i jednocześnie genialny. Do ich stworzenia użyto zdjęć
rentgenowskich. Jedno z nich przedstawia konsolę didżeja, a drugie pływającą
rybę – płaszczkę. Zdjęcia zostały zatopione w szklanym blacie, który
umieszczono na stalowym czarnym stelażu. Nie jest to na pewno propozycja jedynie
dla fanów muzyki i morskiej fauny. Sam chętnie przygarnąłbym oba do swojego
domu.
Today I would like to show you
two pieces of furniture, which were designed four years ago, but somehow I have
discovered them in the last week. 'Xraydio' is a series of two tables (coffee table
and side table), which were created in
cooperation of Diesel and an Italian brand called Moroso. The same concept is
very simple and brilliant. X-ray photos were used to make them. One of them
shows a DJ Console and the other one presents a floating fish - Stingray. The
photos were submerged in a glass countertop, which is placed on a steel black
frame. It is not the proposal only for fans of music and a see wildlife and I would
love to have them both at my home.
